Four Mason students earn Pathway to Biliteracy Awards

The Lee’s Summit R-7 School District recognized four MAE students with their Pathway to Biliteracy Awards.
Pathway Awards recognize elementary and middle school students who have sought out second language acquisition opportunities in their communities or who have worked to maintain the native language spoken in the home.
The following students earned their Pathway Award at the end of the year:
* Indicates a student is receiving the award for a second time
**Indicates a student is receiving the award for a third time
- Norwegian: Bennett Fuller** (5th grade)
- Spanish: Cora Collier (5th grade), Jaeden Shockley (5th grade), Harrison Fuller* (3rd grade)
