Online Enrollment for the 2026-27 school year open now

Online enrollment for the 2026-27 school year is open for Lee’s Summit R-7 School District families until  August 10.

Families with current LSR7 students will use their PowerSchool Parent Portal to complete online enrollment. Families new to the school district or families that have moved into a new school boundary should contact their child’s school first (click here for school information).

In addition to the time-saving advantages, online enrollment allows elementary schools to accurately fill classrooms and middle and high schools to properly finalize schedules. It also ensures transportation on the first day of school if your student plans to ride the bus.

Make sure you have the following documentation for when you complete enrollment:

  • Proof of Age
  • Proof of Residency
  • Up-to-date immunization records

Parents who completed early registration for their incoming Kindergarteners must also complete this enrollment process.
